Some of these experts are nearing retirement, creating a risk of valuable knowledge being lost. Rapid Circle was selected to support the Viva pilot.\r\n<div>\r\n\r\nA dedicated \u2018Telco\u2019 working group was formed, including technicians, SMEs, designers, IT professionals, managers and operations representatives. Through weekly discovery, design and training workshops, facilitated by Rapid Circle, the group explored how Teams and Microsoft Viva could address daily productivity challenges.\r\n\r\n<em>\u201cWe created a small telco working group of around 10 people to try and initiate that connection of expertise across the country.\u201d<\/em>\r\n\u2014 <strong>Head of Technical Capability<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe sessions were facilitated by Rapid Circle\u2019s Principal Adoption and Change Consultant Kat Olsen and technically guided by Teamwork Consultant Peter Varitimidis. Leadership was positively surprised by the high engagement levels from frontline technicians, even during operationally challenging circumstances.\r\n\r\nThe workshops resulted in a solution combining Viva Topics, Viva Learning and Viva Connections, supported by Teams and SharePoint.
